Job Description:
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
Must be at least 18 years old
Current State of Ohio Nurse Aide Certification (STNA)
Previous experience in Long Term Care is preferred
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility
Provide companionship and ensure a positive experience for residents
Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting any changes to the nursing staff
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in resident rooms and common areas
Follow all safety and healthcare protocols to promote a safe environment for residents
Pay Rate:
Competitive base pay with potential earnings up to $25.00 per hour
