Requirements:
Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
A current, active, and unencumbered Ohio LPN licence.
Active CPR certification.
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently or in team settings, managing your LPN responsibilities effectively.
Flexibility for part-time nursing jobs, or travel LPN roles if applicable.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional nursing services to residents, promoting their well-being and quality of life. This includes fulfilling LPN responsibilities such as medication administration and patient monitoring.
Supervise and support the day-to-day functions of State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) in the facility.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accuracy and safety as part of your LPN duties.
Attend required training, in-service sessions, and staff meetings to stay current on licensed practical nurse job descriptions and enhance your professional skills.
Demonstrate strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure that residents’ needs are met effectively.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care and adapt to the dynamic demands of LPN hospital jobs or home care jobs.
Respond to residents’ needs in a compassionate manner while maintaining their dignity and privacy.
Pay Rate:
