Job Description:
Requirements:
Valid CT State LPN licence.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in long-term care is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, providing compassionate care and support.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and required for resident care.
Accurately document resident health details, including vitals and temperature, following HIPAA policies.
Carry out direct care according to individualised care plans, facility policies, and nursing standards.
Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in providing direct care.
Perform wound care treatments and procedures as assigned.
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
