We are looking for an experienced and qualified Director of Nursing  (DON) to lead and oversee the nursing department operations for a large skilled nursing home in the Dayton area. As Director of Nursing, your role will be managing the nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and overseeing the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures. The Director of Nursing will work closely with the administrator and other department heads to ensure the facility operates efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
