The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing the recruitment, placement, and scheduling of employees to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role involves coordinating with our customers and management to understand staffing requirements, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and ensuring that shifts are covered efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Â
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination.Â
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Â
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Â
- Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Â
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Â
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Â
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Â
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with department managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions.Â
- Manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and departments.Â
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, availability, and certifications.Â
- Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Â
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.Â
- Address any staffing-related issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.Â
- Monitor and report on staffing metrics, such as turnover rates and fill times.Â
- Continuously evaluate and improve staffing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Â
Pay Rate:
$18 - $28 per hour, depending on experience and location
