Job Description:

The Sales Executive / Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development. 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. 
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. 
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies as needed. 
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s products or services. 

Pay Rate:

Base Salary $30,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and location plus competitive commission structure based on sales performance.
