Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaning Technician to join our facilities team. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organized environment in various settings, including offices, commercial spaces, and other facilities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Previous experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred. 
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals. 
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment effectively. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others. 
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces. 
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. 
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly. 
  • Replenish supplies, such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper. 
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor. 
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines for the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. 
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition. 
  • Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards. 

Pay Rate:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
