Requirements:
-  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Â
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.Â
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software).Â
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and strategies.Â
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.Â
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.Â
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Â
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred.Â
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.Â
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.Â
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.Â
- Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.Â
- Conduct market research and stay updated with digital marketing trends to identify new opportunities.Â
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency in brand messaging and marketing efforts.Â
- Manage the company’s social media presence, including content scheduling and community engagement.Â
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.Â
Pay Rate:
$20 - $35 per hour, depending on experience and location.
