Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, including adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date and communicated to staff.
- Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related issues.
- Conduct regular training sessions on topics such as workplace diversity, sexual harassment, and company policies.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as employee turnover rates, and develop strategies to improve retention.
Pay Rate:
$65,000 - $95,000, depending on experience and location.
