As we expand, we are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in a variety of settings, including hospital jobs, home care jobs, and post-acute care facilities.

Requirements:

Valid, unencumbered Ohio LPN licence.

Successful completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.

At least 6 months of experience in a nursing role (LPN or related).

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care in LPN positions across newly opened facilities.

Track the well-being of residents, including monitoring vital signs and physical and mental health.

Administer medications and track their effects, following physician instructions.

Maintain accurate medical records and document any changes in residents’ conditions.

Assist in providing a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Participate in essential LPN duties like IV setup, phlebotomy, and administering immunizations.

Train and orient new staff to the standards of care and safety in the facilities.

Ensure medical supplies are available and well-maintained.

Pay Rate:

Competitive hourly pay: $32 - $34 per hour (based on experience).
