Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred but not required.Â
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.Â
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Â
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Â
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.Â
- Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and maintain financial records.Â
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.Â
- Office Management or Administrative Professional Certification (CAP) is a plus.Â
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.Â
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of office facilities, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.Â
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.Â
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.Â
- Handle office communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.Â
- Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.Â
- Maintain office equipment and ensure that all systems are functioning properly.Â
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.Â
- Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.Â
Pay Rate:
$20 - $30 per hour, depending on experience and location.
