Job Description:

Join Veracity’s  On-Call Staffing team and provide high-quality, on-demand support as a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) at healthcare facilities facing urgent staffing needs. This role is perfect for dedicated STNAs who are adaptable and ready to step in with minimal notice. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of care, covering last-minute call-offs, handling unexpected surges in demand, and ensuring each facility’s operations run smoothly.

As part of our  ON-CALL Staff, you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work across various settings while being supported by Veracity’s trusted healthcare staffing resources.

Requirements:

Active Ohio STNA licence in good standing

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an STNA (preferred)

Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and facility protocols

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility

Respond promptly to resident needs and requests in accordance with facility protocols

Communicate any resident changes, concerns, or observations to the supervising nurse

Ensure resident rooms and common areas are clean and organised

Support facility staff by filling critical gaps during peak demand periods

Maintain Veracity’s high standards of care and professionalism across all assignments

Pay Rate:

$21 - $25 per hour
