Requirements:
Current STNA licence in Ohio (with verification)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday
Physical ability to perform duties that include lifting and mobility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Provide essential daily living assistance to residents, encouraging independence
Communicate all observations regarding residents to the designated supervisor or unit manager
Complete all assigned documentation accurately and on time
Ensure all care is provided according to state and facility guidelines
