Veracity’s NEMT services can help any individual that needs reliable transportation to and from appointments e.g.
a. Seniors & Individuals with Disabilities needing transportation for dialysis, chemotherapy, physical therapy, or routine check-ups.
b. Individuals needing wheelchair-accessible, stretcher, or ambulatory services.
c. Residents in Nursing Homes & Rehab Centers who require safe and reliable transfers to hospitals, specialist visits, or non-medical outings (e.g., community visits, family gatherings, religious services).
You can easily book a ride for yourself or your loved one or a resident at your facility through our Book a Ride or just call us at 937 886 4700. Provide the details (Name, Date and Time of ride and payment information), and we will arrange a safe and timely ride for you.
Veracity rides are affordable, and we accept both private and insurance pay. Payment is due at the time of booking. We do not work directly with Medicare and Medicaid at this time.

Yes, all of our drivers are fully screened and professionally trained to ensure safe, compassionate, and reliable transportation for individuals with medical needs. We also provide medically trained and certified nursing aide and nurse to ride alongside on request
Yes, you may request a licensed nurse or certified aide (STNA or CNA) to provide additional medical supervision during transport at an additional cost.

Yes, we accommodate patients who require oxygen tanks and other essential medical equipment during transport. Patients can bring their own portable oxygen tanks. We can also safely transport walkers, canes, ventilators, and other necessary medical devices. Yes, service animals are welcome on board! There is no additional charge for bringing a service animal however, please let us know at the time of booking if a furry friend will be joining the NEMT ride.
You can cancel your ride by calling our office at 937-886-4700. We require at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. If you need to change your ride time or date, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. If an emergency arises, contact us immediately, and we’ll work with you to adjust your ride as needed.
